Turn Key Rooms are our prefabricated ADU rooms that can be installed and finished in a single day. We will customize the room to fit your intended usage and the environment and lot size.
Unlike our prefabricated Tiny Homes, our Tiny Rooms are typically designed to serve a singular purpose or as an add-on to an existing structure.
What can the rooms be used for?
Our Turn Key Rooms are often used as wine cellars, home gyms, cigar rooms, green rooms, yoga/art studios, or climate-controlled storage. We can also offer pre-finished, fully furnished spaces that can be installed in 24 hours or arrive pre-assembled.
