Every state, county, and each city has different rules for how big your tiny home can be. In most states, the maximum size ranges around 12 feet tall, 8 feet wide, and 40 feet long. Tiny houses can go from 60 square feet to 400 square feet when built on a trailer. When built on the ground, a tiny home be built bigger than that.
Do all Tiny Homes have Wheels?
Many, but not all, tiny houses are built on wheels. Tiny homes can be built on permanent foundations or trailers for repeated transportation. Individual states decide what constitutes a tiny home and what is a travel trailer.
How long do Tiny Homes last?
Tiny Homes that are properly built and maintained can easily last 50-60 years or more. As with all structures, pre-fabricated homes are only as good as the conditions that they are subjected to and the care that they receive.
What is the Starting Price for a Tiny Home?
A complete, ready-to-go tiny house can start at $75,000. You can spend more than this once you choose all the amenities. These prices are attractive because these tiny homes can generate returns equivalent to standard structures several times their costs.

How much does a basic room cost per square foot?
Our Turn Key Rooms can be as low as $50 per square foot. This is the base price but can increase with add ons, extensions, or room specifications.
How much does a fully finished & completed room cost per square foot?
Our completed Turn Key Rooms cost $275 per square foot. This includes pre-wiring and pre-plumbing. The structure will arrive ready to be assembled in under 24 hours and put to immediate use.

Do Tiny Homes come Pre-Wired?

What is a Modular Home?

What are SIPS?

What type of Warranty is included?
A limited 10-year warranty is included for residential use, and one year for buildings used for commercial purposes. with your purchase. This is valid for the original purchaser only. The warranty covers correction by repair or replacement of materials or workmanship. All surfaces must be painted within ninety days of installation and remained every ten years thereafter.
